  • Precious Collaborative terms & conditions policy aligns with the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act, 1993.
  • By placing an order at preciouscollaborative.nz you are agreeing to all Precious Collaborative terms & conditions and information on this page.
  • Precious Collaborative reserves the right to change any information on the preciouscollaborative.nz website at any time, as needed.
  • Precious Collaborative Ltd is based in New Zealand. All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand law.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all amounts shown on the www.preciouscollaborative.nz website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Payments

Precious Collaborative Ltd accepts the following forms of payment, with all credit card transactions securely processed by Shopify Payments:

Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Gift cards are issued in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), for use on our Precious Collaborative NZ site only, www.preciouscollaborative.nz
  • Gift cards are activated at the time and date of purchase and remain open for a period of 12 months (unless specified otherwise).
  • Store credit for a return is issued as a gift card and will remain open for a period of 12 months (unless specified otherwise).
  • Whole or partially redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • If the gift card is for a lesser amount than the desired purchase, the recipient is required to pay the difference at checkout via alternative payment methods.
  • Gift cards should be treated like cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Precious Collaborative will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Precious Collaborative reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

Product Descriptions

Precious Collaborative aims to be as accurate as possible when describing the products featured on our site. However, Precious does not guarantee that the product description or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error free and reserves the right to modify, correct, remove and update without prior notice.

Colours

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. But colour accuracy on a screen is very individual and depends on screen calibrations and standards. So Precious Collaborative cannot guarantee that all screens will display a perfect colour match.

Resale Policy

By placing an order on www.preciouscollaborative.nz you accept the following terms and conditions. Products purchased on www.preciouscollaborative.nz are for personal use only and are not for resale on any platform or in any place. We reserve the right to refuse orders if we feel that T&Cs have been breached.

Precious Collaborative Ltd is not responsible for purchases that are unable to be processed due to technical difficulties with the website or unavailability of products. Precious Collaborative Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to, or inability to access, this website. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the website, your use of or reliance on the website or any of the information or materials available on the website, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

Membership

  • To become a member, please create a Precious account. Also, any purchase made through our online store will create a membership for you. Via your membership, we will keep you informed of new products and upcoming events and services. You may cancel your membership at any time.
  • If you have accidentally created more than one Precious account, please email us at claire@preciouscollaborative.nz and we shall resolve this for you.
  • By enrolling in the program, you agree to receive transactional emails regarding the program from Precious Collaborative Ltd. These may include information about special offers and promotions, and other related material.
  • Precious Collaborative reserves the right to close the account of any member who uses our program in a questionable manner, or who breaches any of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Precious Collaborative reserves the right to cancel the Precious Collaborative program, or to change these T&Cs at any time, at our discretion.

Repair Programme

This free service applies to Precious garments only and excludes any tailoring and/or alterations. The garment to be repaired is subject to evaluation prior to acceptance and must be clean. We cannot repair rips, fabric flaws, pills or marked garments. Repairs are done by hand and the time required to effect repairs will be set when the repair required has been assessed.
